Dick Siever’s professional career has focused on organizational and individual development. He has served in executive leadership positions at The Boeing Company and Hughes Electronics in addition to Golden Gate University and Colorado State University. He has facilitated over 1,500 strategic planning workshops and has conducted over 12,000 learning sessions. Dick chaired a national conference on volunteerism sponsored by the Reagan Administration Community Action Agency.The last 10 years he has served as Community-Impact Director for Woodmen Valley Chapel and led a local community outreach ministry of 2,500 volunteers. He loves to help people
develop their potential and is excited about the role volunteers can and should provide in faith based organizations. He recently created Ingage, a non-profit organization created to help small and medium size churches develop disciples as they serve folks in need. He is dedicated to helping churches develop volunteer led local outreach ministries. He and his wife Nancy, a Licensed Professional Counselor, are the proud parents of three
adult children and live in Colorado Springs, Colorado with their two yellow Labradors.
